Chaparral Bungalow

This beautiful Chaparral bungalow with a stunning lake view needed better accessibility long term. We removed the corner pantry to create a larger butler's pantry. By reconfiguring the island, the family has more space, storage, and seating!

The front room was dated, so we removed the pillars, closed it off, and added a barn door to create the perfect office area.

The new space includes vinyl plank flooring, trash pullout, built-in microwave, an appliance garage, extra cabinets, and all-new lighting.
