Chaparral Laundry & Mudroom

The high-traffic back entry for this busy family was NOT working, nor was the small laundry room with wire shelving. We removed only 2 feet of wall space and the result was amazing!

We gave this family of 6 a mudroom with the storage they needed and tied in the laundry area with their existing washer/dryer. The custom built-in provided drawers for hats, gloves, and indoor shoes, one for each kid! We took advantage of the space between the washer and dryer and built a custom laundry pull-out for easy access.

This homeowner was thrilled with the results and couldn’t believe how much cleaner and functional the newly designed space became.
