Mt. Royal Main Floor

This Mount Royal home received quite a transformation. The main floor was completely unrecognizable as we installed three large metal beams to give these homeowners the kitchen of their dreams! The wood fireplace was changed to gas and relocated to enlarge the living area space. We created a much needed entry space with storage and powder room for guests. The new butler's pantry/laundry was the old kitchen, if you can envision that! The new expansive kitchen and island was where the dining table used to live.

All three levels of this home underwent improvements; bathrooms, flooring, relocation of laundry to the main floor, and a show stopper of a front door in BM Knoxville Gray. This paint color tied in with the kitchen island, where this homeowner will enjoy many more years of baking yummy goodies for her friends and family!
