This two-story suburban home was outdated, and the space felt dark and cramped - even though it's over 2000 square feet! The original main floor design completely separated three very important living areas: the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. This family turned to their realtor to find a home better suited for entertaining.. but when they realized the cost-savings between relocating and revitalizing their current space - they were thrilled!

By removing the 90% of the wall that was blocking flow from the kitchen to the living area, we were able to give these homeowners more than enough room to entertain!
